Growing older should never mean feeling alone.

When you can't be there every day, whether you're in Kingston, London, New York or Toronto — you need to know your mother or father wakes up somewhere safe, eats well, laughs often, and is treated with respect. That is exactly the home we keep.

"To provide compassionate, individualized care in a safe, homelike environment that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life."
— Our mission

And our vision is bigger still: to be a trusted leader in assisted living — an alive, vibrant and trusted community built on meaningful relationships that celebrate the uniqueness of every spirit and character.

Trained & caring staff

Dedicated carers who take time to know each resident and meet their individual needs with kindness and respect.

A true family atmosphere

Compassion, conversation and companionship: the feel of a real Jamaican family home, not an institution.

Peace of mind for your family

Knowing your loved one is in good hands every day, with honest, open communication whenever you call.

Our commitment to C.A.R.E.S.

Five core values govern everything we do — with residents, staff, families, volunteers and the greater community.

  1. Compassion

Understanding the feelings, needs and desires of those we serve, and acting to enhance their quality of life.

  2. Accountability

Honesty and integrity in achieving the outcomes we promise to the people in our care.

  3. Respect

Honouring the dignity and value of each person we serve, and keeping a supportive workplace for those who serve them.

  4. Excellence

Enhancing quality of life through everyday best practices and constant improvement.

  5. Safety

Building a culture of safety through informed, collaborative decisions — with each resident's right to live fully kept in balance.

Everyday care, done properly.

Finding the right home, step by step.

STEP ONE

Reach out

Message us on WhatsApp or call. Tell us about your loved one — their health, their habits, what makes them happy. There's no obligation and no rush.

STEP TWO

Visit our home

Come to Frenchman Heights, walk the rooms, taste the cooking, meet the people who'll be doing the caring. Family abroad? We'll video-call you through it.

STEP THREE

Welcome to the family

We plan the move-in together, settle your loved one in gently, and keep you informed from day one. From then on, they're one of ours.

Questions families ask us.

Who is Eazi Days right for?

We care for elderly men and women who need a safe, supportive place to live, whether they simply shouldn't be alone anymore, or need daily help with meals, personal care and companionship. Reach out and tell us about your loved one's situation; we'll be honest about whether our home is the right fit.

My family lives overseas. How do we stay involved?

Many of our families are abroad. We keep in touch by WhatsApp and phone, share updates and photos, and arrange video calls with your loved one. When you're on the island, come visit; this is your family's home too.

What are the meals like?

Residents receive three balanced meals every day, cooked fresh in our own kitchen. Special diets are managed carefully in line with each resident's medical guidelines — including for hypertension and diabetes — so good food and good health go together.

Who looks after medication and medical needs?

Medication is administered only by the doctor, nursing staff or administrator — never informally. Before admission we review your loved one's medical reports and medication summary so their care starts right on day one, and any change in their condition is reported promptly to the nurse and physician.

How much does it cost?

Fees depend on the level of care your loved one needs. Call or WhatsApp us on (876) 499-6309 and we'll talk it through openly: no surprises, no pressure.

Can we visit before deciding? And what are visiting hours?

Please do — we encourage it. Book a visit, walk through the whole home, and meet the staff. Once your loved one lives with us, you're welcome every day of the week: visiting hours are 9:30–11:30 am, 1:00–3:30 pm and 6:00–8:00 pm, with exceptions at management's discretion.

Come and see the home for yourself.

Speak to us today; we'll answer every question and arrange a time for you to visit.
